1), You must email us within 3 days from receipt of your item, stating the problem of the received goods, and reason of return.

2), No return on personalized items such as "do not like the dress" but there are not problems on the dress or the function was canceled.

3), Item must be postmarked back to us within 15 business days from the date you received it. We are not responsible for lost of return item so we suggest you insure your package.

4), Item must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear or smoke. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!

5), Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
